                                                      2017

Genre

The genre I like the most is nature. I like it because I find trees and plants interesting. Another reason is because there is plants with bright colors and like unique colors. Also these pictures are great for  backgrounds and with editing you can really make the colors pop out.

Good vs. bad composition

This image is a example of bad composition. The picture is taken with horrible lighting which causes the trophy to not be able to be seen. It also has a very bad background there is random objects that cause confusion on trying to figure out what is the main focus.

This composition is much better. The trophy is placed in the right place where there is lighting. The background is also clear or blank so you can tell what the main focus is. Since there is good lighting the trophy is able to be seen clearly.

Shutter Speed

This shutter speed is very slow. The shutters on the camera opened slow so it let in lots of motion. To get this shutter speed you will turn the shutter speed to a large fraction.

This shutter speed is a little faster. The shutters on the camera move quicker so the it does not let in that much motion. For this shutter speed the fraction will be small.

This shutter speed is very fast. The shutters on the camera move very fast so it does not let in motion. For this shutter speed I used a very small.

ISO(exposure)

THis picture is what is called underexposed. The camera did not let in a lot of light which causes this image to have such low light.

This picture is what is called exposed. The camera did not let in lots of light neither a little. This why the the picture looks normal.

This image is what is called overexposed. As you can seed it is really bright. This is because the camera let in lots of light which causes exposure.

Camera angles

eye-level
worms-eye
low
canted
high
birds-eye

On this assignment I had to take pictures from high angles and low angles. I had to understand how low of an angle I had to position the camera for it to be a low angle and not a worms-eye. This assignment reminds of some real world  scenarios  like movies and shows. This assignment taught me how to take camera angles correctly and why they are important. Now that I learned this angles correctly I can use them myself when taking pictures.

Camera Frames

 Medium close-up.                    Close-up.                                Extreme close-up.

Extreme long shot.                  Long shot.                                Medium shot.

For this assignment I needed to capture images of an object really close or really far. I had to understand the slight difference between each frame. Luckily I watched a powerpoint helped me be ready for this assignment, also practiced helped a lot too. I also analyzed the pictures to make sure they were correctly taken.

This will help in the real world industry because if ever have a career that is related to this how will no how to take these picture correctly. This will also help me for certain situations in the real world.    's easy.

Rule of Thirds

In this picture the rule of thirds is not applied. The picture is taken with the person right in the middle.

This is correct. The rule of thirds is applied. As you can see my little brother is on the left. by doing this he is zoomed in on so you don't see the extra background. a paragraph. Click here to add your own text and edit me. It's easy.

I wanted to tae out the extra background so I cut the outside out. Now you can see the main focus is my brother. And at the same time you can still see the arch around him.

This a tool to cut tree branches. The tool was opened so it was shaped in an "L".

This is the cage for the baseball field. The pipes that held up the fence formed the "E" in my name.

This is a picture of a side window. The window has and arch and the white paint forms an "A".

This image contains the side of a flower pot. The side of the flower pot has a lined design. Two of the lines were crossing and formed the letter "X".

4/18/18- Occupational Knowledge and Skills: FJ and 47

When I first started typing I used to cross my fingers and would bring them across the whole keyboard. I never put my fingers on the homerow. Now that I type the proper way it helps type F and J and 4 and 7 quicker and easier.

4/18/18- Dk, and sl and A;

These keys took a while to get used to. These keys are very helpful and help with getting used to the homerow. They help remember which keys are next to them. I now have the keys memorized to a level where I feel comfortable when typing them.
